How do I book a house cleaning in Wyandotte, MI?
Text or call Grace at 734-772-8463. Include your city or neighborhood, roughly how big your home is (bedrooms and bathrooms) and what you're looking for: a deep clean, a regular schedule, laundry or organizing. You'll get a reply with a few questions and an honest estimate, then you pick a day. You can also email grace@gracefulgleamclean.com.
What areas around Wyandotte do you serve?
Graceful Gleam Cleaning is based in Wyandotte, Michigan (48192) and serves the Downriver area of Wayne County, including nearby communities such as Southgate, Riverview, Trenton, Allen Park, Lincoln Park, Grosse Ile, Ecorse and Taylor. If you're close by and not listed, text your address and Grace will confirm.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. Grace brings everything she needs, including gentle, low-fragrance products that are safe around kids and pets. If you'd prefer a specific product used in your home, leave it out and she'll use that instead.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Many clients leave a key, a garage code or a lockbox. Grace locks up when she leaves and texts you when she's done. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too.
How do keys and lockboxes work?
Any method you're comfortable with works: a spare key handed over at the first visit, a garage or door code, or a lockbox by the door. Codes and keys are never shared or labeled with your address, and you can change the arrangement at any time.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A deep clean is a one-time, top-to-bottom reset: baseboards, inside the microwave, grout, fixtures, behind and under things. A regular clean maintains that baseline on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule, with a rotating extra each visit so nothing builds up. Most new homes start with a deep clean.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home. A regular visit is shorter than a deep clean. Grace gives you a time estimate when you book so you can plan around it, and after the first visit she can tell you exactly how long recurring visits will take.
Are dogs and cats okay?
Absolutely. Grace is comfortable around dogs and cats. If a pet is nervous around new people, mention it when booking and you can work out what's easiest for them, such as keeping them in one room during the visit.
Can I set up weekly or bi-weekly cleaning?
Yes. Regular cleaning is available weekly, every other week or monthly, on a day that stays the same each time. If you need to move a visit, a text is all it takes.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. Text as soon as you know and you'll find another day together. Grace only asks for as much notice as you can manage so the time can be offered to another household.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell Grace. Your satisfaction is her priority, and she'd much rather come back and fix it than have you unhappy. Reach out within a day of your cleaning and she'll make it right.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the end of each visit. Ask when you book about the payment methods currently accepted.
